FSMA Driver Training (3 x 6 Minute Videos) Only for Drivers. Covers everything regarding the regulation and what drivers need to know as it relates to their job and how the Sanitary Transportation rule impacts them. Our training materials meet and exceed the FSMA and Sanitary Transport Rule training requirements. The content of the course is suited for any person who is involved with the transportation of food throughout the United States and Canada. This module is specifically tailored to drivers for the safe handling of food during transport. We go into more detail in the areas that drivers see on a day-to-day basis, like loading/unloading, temperature readings, maintenance and hygiene.
